Our story
Founded in 1982 by Tere and Frank Painter
APC Home Health Service, Inc. began as a small in-home health service agency in Harlingen, Texas, providing much-needed home health care services to underserved clients.
Since then, APC has grown into a comprehensive health care system with four divisions, offices in 12 Texas cities, more than 3,500 caregivers and more than 90 office staff.
